You have often heard that “a picture is worth a thousand words”. When we communicate to our body the picture of health and balance, it will conform to that image. Through the use of visual imagery, you can deliberately direct energy throughout your body and focus on specific areas or concerns to speed up the healing process.

When you imagine your body filling with energy, it is in fact happening.  When you imagine a white light surrounding you, it is really there.  Your imagination is the door to God consciousness because it puts you in touch with your infinite creative ability to direct energy and manifest whatever you want in your life.

A healthy person is one who is balanced emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Your natural state of being is harmony.  You need to be  attune  to the infinite spirit within you. Meditating is a great way to get yourself attuned and bring that  focus of balance and harmony back when it goes astray.
